When the free look shows a real fit, the paid entry is a written audit in the ₹15,000–₹25,000 band. You get portable findings, a prioritized roadmap, and a fixed quote for the build. The audit fee is credited 100% toward that build if you proceed within 30 days.
Builds for one scoped AI workflow, business automation, or infra fix sit in the ₹45,000–₹1,00,000 band. Exact price is written after the audit. Typical payment split is 50% to start and 50% at go-live. Standard written audits use the ₹20,000 Razorpay link below; custom scope is by Razorpay invoice after we confirm — not a blind cart.
Use this after a free diagnostic says a paid audit is a fit. Amount is the standard mid-band fee in the ₹15,000–₹25,000 range; it credits 100% into the fixed build if you proceed within 30 days. Custom scope still goes by Razorpay invoice.

How it works
- Describe the problem (free). Use the contact form or email. Say whether this is an AI workflow, business automation, AI application, AI solution, or a DevOps / infra issue. Include what you see, when it started, and what you already tried.
- Go / no-go reply. We send a short written note: we can help, we should not take this on, or we need one clarifying detail. Nothing is billed for this step.
- Paid written audit (₹15,000–₹25,000). After you approve the invoice, we dig into your setup with the access you choose, then deliver portable findings and a fixed build quote.
- Go / no-go before the build. You decide. If we find the build is a bad idea, we say so in writing. You keep the audit either way.
- Fixed build (₹45,000–₹1,00,000 band). Work starts only after you accept the quote. Audit fee credits into the build within 30 days. Nothing changes on your systems until you say yes.

The letter below is what a sender would receive after the free look. It is a sample, not a message we sent.

Hello,
You described one problem. An automation reads inbound support mail, asks a model to classify the message, writes a draft reply, and files a CRM note. On busy days the draft states a refund date or a feature date that nobody on the team approved. The CRM note does not keep the original message next to the draft. You already added a prompt line telling the model not to invent dates. Those drafts still go out. This note is the free look. Nothing is billed for it.
The send step sits in the same run as the draft. The model writes a date and the next node sends the mail. A prompt line does not hold that mail back, so the customer receives a promise.
The workflow has no list of promises the team is willing to make. A sentence in the prompt is easy to skip on the next model change. Put the refund window, the feature wording, and the promises you will not make in a short table. The run can then reject a draft that steps outside the table.
The original message is not stored with the draft. When the sent mail is the only record, you cannot lay the customer’s words next to the model’s words. A row that keeps the message id, the model output, and the pass or fail from that table is a copy you can replay.
We would not rebuild the help desk, replace the model vendor, or turn this into a standing retainer. The job is one workflow: classify, check, then send.
Tonight, without changing production logic, export the workflow so a copy exists outside the tool. From one busy day, mark each draft promise the team did not approve. Check whether the original message id is stored anywhere except the sent folder. Do not paste API keys or passwords into email.
This is a fit for a paid written audit. The free note cannot show which cause is active without the workflow export and a redacted set of those drafts. Five-working-day clock
Day 1 is the business day on which the cleared payment and the agreed access are both in hand, if that happens before 18:00 IST. Otherwise day 1 is the next business day. The written findings are delivered by the end of day 5, IST. A business day spent waiting on access the sender still owes does not count.
Calendar illustration only: payment and access both in hand on a Monday before 18:00 IST means delivery by the end of that Friday. If the written findings are not delivered, the audit fee is refunded.
Findings and risks
- Draft and send share one run. A date the model writes can leave before a person reads it. The risk is a customer treating that date as a commitment.
- The only control is a line in the prompt. There is no list of allowed promises. The risk is that the next prompt edit fails in the same way, and the team sees it when a customer writes back.
- The source message is not kept with the draft. The risk is that the team cannot show what the model added, and a retry can send a second mail for the same message. Before any build, keep the source message id with the draft and hold the send until a person has read it.
Recommended fixed build
If a live audit says go, the fixed build is one workflow:
- Store the inbound message id and the model output before any send.
- Check the draft against a written list of promises the team allows. If the draft steps outside the list, do not send.
- Move the send onto a later step a person can hold.
- Replay only the drafts that were in the redacted set.
- A short runbook: how to tell the check is on, and what to do when a draft is held.
Leave these out: a new help desk, a move to another model vendor, a workshop, and a standing chat retainer. A live audit writes go or no-go from the export. If the build is a bad idea, you keep the findings and there is no build invoice.
How the ₹15,000–₹25,000 fee credits into the ₹45,000–₹1,00,000 build
The credit is 100% of the audit fee actually paid. It applies when you accept the fixed-build quote and start within 30 days of the audit delivery date (IST). It reduces that invoice. It is not paid out as cash. If you do not start, you keep the findings and the credit ends.
The build price is one number inside ₹45,000–₹1,00,000, written in the quote after the audit. This sample does not pick that number. A quote below ₹45,000 is not used to absorb the credit.

A live quote shows three lines for the one price it names: the build, the credit, and the net. You pay half of the net to start and half at go-live. Work starts after you accept the quote in writing.

- Third-party API, model, or hosting fees (billed at cost to you, or you pay the vendor directly).

Refund and credit policy

- Paid written audit: yours to keep. If we cannot deliver the written findings we promised, we refund the audit fee.

- Build work: starts only after you accept the fixed quote. Milestone refunds, if any, are written into that quote before payment.

Then we should not take your money for a build. The free look costs nothing. If you already paid for an audit, you keep the written findings.
What about refunds?
If we fail to deliver the promised written audit findings, we refund the audit fee. Build milestone rules are written into the quote before you pay.
