  • No automatic refunds: All purchases are final and non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise or mandated by law.
  • Evaluation before purchase: We offer free credits for testing purposes to help users evaluate the functionality before making any purchase.
  • Request-based refunds: Users may request a refund via email at admin@sudiptadhara.in within 7 days of the transaction. Requests will be reviewed based on:
    • Usage of the purchased credits.
    • Reason for dissatisfaction or technical issues.
    • Account activity and history.

3. Non-refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

  • If credits or features have already been partially or fully used.
  • Dissatisfaction due to lack of understanding of tool capabilities (demo and free version are available).
  • Duplicate purchases not reported within 24 hours.
  • Technical issues caused by local system incompatibility.

4. Refund Process

If a refund is approved:

  • The amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • A confirmation email will be sent with refund reference details.
