At ProDevs, we are committed to providing high-quality AI-powered developer tools and services. We aim for 100% customer satisfaction with every subscription and product we offer. However, we understand that there may be circumstances under which you may need to cancel a service or request a refund.

This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines our policies regarding cancellations, refunds, and billing.


1. Definitions

  • ProDevs refers to the trade name operated under Sudipta Dhara (GSTIN: 19AVZPD8368C1ZY).
  • Talk2Term refers to the AI terminal command generator hosted at https://talk2term.prodevs.in, operated under the ProDevs brand.
  • Lite Plan and Pro Plan refer to credit-based usage tiers of Talk2Term.

2. Subscription and Credit-Based Billing

  • Users may purchase prepaid credits to access the Lite or Pro model of Talk2Term.
  • Each request consumes credits based on the model used.
  • Credits are non-transferable and tied to the registered user account.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your usage or stop recharging credits at any time.
  • There is no lock-in period for credits or subscriptions.
  • ProDevs does not auto-renew any plan or deduct money without user initiation.

4. Refund Policy

We issue refunds only in the following cases:

  1. Technical Error: If credits were deducted due to a system malfunction, and no command was returned.
  2. Duplicate Payment: If a user is charged twice for the same transaction.
  3. Unauthorized Transactions: If your account was charged without your consent and misuse is confirmed after internal investigation.

Refunds will NOT be issued in the following cases:

  • You changed your mind after purchasing credits.
  • You did not use the purchased credits.
  • You expected functionality beyond what is clearly stated.
  • You failed to read documentation or misunderstood the product.

All refund requests must be raised within 7 days of the original transaction.

To request a refund, please email admin@sudiptadhara.in with the following:

  • Registered Email
  • Transaction ID
  • Reason for Refund
  • Screenshot(s) (if applicable)

All valid refund requests will be processed within 5–7 business days.
